Terms of Service

These Terms govern voluntary contributions in support of the MU HARD game server (the "Server"). By making a contribution, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

1. Voluntary contribution

Any payment on the Server is a voluntary contribution to the operation and development of the project. It is not a purchase of goods, services or property — you do not acquire any tangible value.

2. Digital rental

All in-game values (bonuses, items, privileges, services) are provided as a temporary digital rental within the game, have no real-world monetary value and remain the property of the Server. The administration may change, limit or reset them during gameplay, updates or wipes.

3. Refunds

Contributions are voluntary and non-refundable. This is due to the voluntary nature of the support, the digital nature of the values and their instant delivery.

4. Chargebacks and disputes

Any attempt to reverse a payment through a bank or payment provider (chargeback), or to open a dispute after receiving bonuses, is a violation of these Terms. Such action results in a permanent block of the account and hardware (device) without compensation, and forfeiture of all credited values.

5. Delivery and receipt

Bonuses are credited to the account automatically once the payment is confirmed by the provider (usually within a few minutes). An electronic receipt — proof of the delivered service — is sent to the email provided at registration.

By making a contribution, you agree to all of the terms above.
