Public offer

This document is a public offer of the site muhard.pro (hereinafter referred to as the “Server”) and defines the conditions for the purchase of digital goods - in-game currency (bonuses) and services within the private game server MU Online. By making a payment, the user (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) accepts the terms of this offer in full.

1. Subject of the offer

The Server provides the Buyer with digital goods: in-game currency (bonuses), items and services used exclusively within the game project. Goods are not physical and have no value outside the game server.

2. Cost and payment

• The cost of each set of bonuses is indicated on the “Buy bonuses” page.
• Payment is made through connected payment systems. The payment system commission may be paid by the Buyer.
• The payment is considered completed after confirmation by the payment system.

3. Provision procedure

After successful payment, in-game currency (bonuses) is credited to the Buyer’s account automatically, usually within a few minutes. The accrued bonuses are credited to the account balance, from where the Buyer uses them in the game.

4. Refund

Since the product is digital and is provided immediately after payment, no refunds are made for bonuses already accrued. If the payment went through, but the bonuses were not credited within a reasonable time, contact support with your order number - we will check the transaction and credit the bonuses or return the funds.

5. Duties and responsibilities

• The Buyer undertakes to indicate correct account information when paying.
• The server is not responsible for the impossibility of accrual due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
• The use of bonuses is governed by the rules of the game server.
